The Ben Nevis Bar and Restaurant is at the heart of the bustling Highland town of Fort William.
Built in 1806 as an inn for cattle drovers, the award-winning Ben Nevis today attracts a vibrant mix of locals and tourists, drawn by its fantastic food, local beers and whiskies and lively atmosphere.
Newly refurbished with a modern yet traditional Scottish feel, the Ben Nevis has a fast-paced restaurant showcasing the best local produce and fresh seafood alongside hearty favourites – ideal for refuelling before or after the many year-round outdoor activities Fort William has to offer.
There’s also a cosy whisky bar, perfect for enjoying a dram from our impressive whisky range; and a stunning terrace offering spectacular views over Loch Linnhe.
And our friendly team are always on hand to share local knowledge or a friendly chat over the bar!
Entertainment is a big part of the offer at the Ben Nevis, with regular live music – the perfect end to a day exploring the gateway to the Highlands or tackling Scotland’s most famous Munro, after which we are named.
And the Ben Nevis is dog-friendly so your four-legged friends are more than welcome too!
We look forward to welcoming you to the Ben Nevis!
