The Ben Nevis Bar and Restaurant is at the heart of the bustling town of Fort William.
Built in 1806 as an inn for cattle drovers, the Ben Nevis today attracts a vibrant mix of locals and tourists, drawn by its fantastic food, local beers and whiskies and lively atmosphere.
Newly refurbished with a modern yet traditional Scottish feel, the Ben Nevis has a fast-paced restaurant showcasing the best locally-sourced meat and fresh seafood alongside hearty favourites - ideal for refuelling before or after the many year-round outdoor activities Fort William has to offer!
There's also a cosy whisky bar, perfect for enjoying a dram from our impressive whisky range; and a stunning recently-extended terrace offering spectacular views over Loch Linnhe.
And the friendly team are always on hand to give guests all the local knowledge or a friendly chat over the bar!
Entertainment is a big part of the Ben Nevis offer, with regular live music and local talent showcased Thursday - Sunday throughout the summer months, the perfect end to a day exploring the gateway to the Highlands or tackling Scotland's most famous Munro, Ben Nevis, after which we are named!
